Customer asking if the white radiator can be changed for a chrome one, waiting for update from ABI.
ABI have come back and said it is only available in white, have let the customer know.

Customer is wanting a quote with labour costs and called to say that there is also no heat from the oven, not a problem with the gas.
I have spoken with Duncan, going to print an assessment sheet for Steve to see what needs doing with the oven.
We will then do one large quote for parts and labour for the handles, towel rail and oven.

Steve fixed the oven issue whilst there on site. Quote sent to customer for the other issues, but haven't heard back, so currently the oven fix is FOC....
