Mark(window man) has e-mailed me to say he will be going on monday/tuesday next week.

Mark has replied to say that he will make apt with the park, and then get back to us once he has the price.

I have asked Lorraine to contact a local glazier that we have used previously and get him to quote for the repair. I will then either invoice Mrs Palfrey at cost or agree to pay part of the amount

Mrs Palfry has advised that her insurance company have refused the claim due to it being a seal that has gone.

£228.00 includes vat, and she thinks it alot of money.
She then said she thought that surf bay should pay for it as we sold the van to her.
Her van is 4 years old and I told her that most company will only cover the window for 3 years if the gas has gone. So no we wont be paying for it.
She then said that she knows someone else that fit windows so she will ask them.
I will close this off now.
