          The site have called asking how long the job will take because the customer is a bit concerned about the work. I have advised that I would give her a call

          I have phoned Mrs Taylor, and confirmed that we have allowed a day for the work but it should be done within about 3 hours. Mrs Taylor was a bit concerned that we might not know what we are doing, I have advised that we have carried out this repair several times in the past. Mrs Taylor has advised that it is fine for us to carry out the work on Friday
