I have phoned Mrs Taylor, and confirmed that we have allowed a day for the work but it should be done within about 3 hours. Mrs Taylor was a bit concerned that we might not know what we are doing, I have advised that we have carried out this repair several times in the past. Mrs Taylor has advised that it is fine for us to carry out the work on Friday

I know claire was dealing with this one, I can see any notes to say Claire has spoken to you and Martyn is asking if this can be changed.
I cant see on the notes that an enquiry has been put into Swift to see either.

Martyn from the park has been on the phone chasing this up and asking if this can be done etc.
I can see that Claire was dealing with this one, she was waiting to speak to Ade.

called the park and spoke to Sid, they have an electric fire but they asked for a gas fire, checked with Darren, this is our mistake, Steve has advised Ade has the part number of the complete kit we need.
