I have had a reply from Andy at Bonus to say he was looking into it.
Then I have received another one to say" Apologies, I have wrapped and sent another cooker hood which is been sent asap on a next day to be with you Monday.
We are looking into the original hood and what has happened; please accept my apologies on the delay.
I have again send another email to Ron at Beachside.

As i'm still not getting any answers I have now been on the Bonus website to ask if they have a customer services department so I can make a complaint about Andy at Bouus and see if they can tell me where this part is ?

I have now spoken to ref ANdy and he said that this was sent out he is going to get me POD.

I have called Ron and he still has received this item, I have now called Bonus and spoken to ref Andy he has promised me that he will get this part send out ASAP and it should arrive by the end of the week.

Ron has now given me a photo of the part, I have the size also.
