Andy at Bonus has still not got back to me to say if / where he has sent this extractor hood to.
I have yet again sent him an email, now waiting for him to reply to me.

I have now called Andy to see if he will answer my call, the lady has told me that the line is engaged and she has taken a message from me!

As i'm still not getting any answers I have now been on the Bonus website to ask if they have a customer services department so I can make a complaint about Andy at Bouus and see if they can tell me where this part is ?

As i'm still not getting any answers I have now been on the Bonus website to ask if they have a customer services department so I can make a complaint about Andy at Bouus and see if they can tell me where this part is ?
I have had a reply from Andy at Bonus to say he was looking into it.
Then I have received another one to say" Apologies, I have wrapped and sent another cooker hood which is been sent asap on a next day to be with you Monday.
We are looking into the original hood and what has happened; please accept my apologies on the delay.

I will e-mail this information over to Bonus Electric to see if they can help us with a replacement part
