Dean has replied to me and said that he does not normally quote for the door frame because in the past it has not matched up with the hinges (email attached) he has suggested that he quotes for the whole door instead. I will ask for this but would imagine it will be particularly expensive
Dean also suggested using T-cut to get the marks out, not sure whether this has already been attempted by an engineer but it seems like it is an indentation or distortion to it
Will await a reply from ABI to see how to proceed with this one

I have issued a worksheet for Steve to look at this damage, it is not something covered under warranty. I have asked him to try and sort the dent and then speak to Cath at the site to see how she would like to proceed if at all.
