steve has advised we will need to attend to this next week and do a temp repair as the unit is fully let for the rest of the season, we will need to get in a replacement bath panel height 500 length 1670, at the end of the season it will need new wallboards flooring which is a massive job

Steve has removed rotten shower panel and replaced with new PVC one and tidied up the rotten area around the bath.
