          Hi Duncan,

          A quick update on red 16. The owner came back to his unit this week and called in this morning for an update. We told him what you said about the roof and that it appeared that he had repaired the roof himself. He was ok with that. He returned a bit later to say that he no longer wanted the repairs to the skirting and cornice, carried out. He has sent an email to that effect. Will you update warranty or do you want us to do it?

          this is an ex hire fleet van, customer is within the 6 months warranty the park gives them, issued worksheet
