Helen phoned at 10.20 asking when the engineer would be attending this today. I explained that Debbie said that it was w/c the 10/04 not necessarily today. I said that I would speak to the Swift engineer and find out when they would be going.
Jon has said that he would be there on Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning. I have phoned back Helen (10.57) and she is happy with this.

I have spoken to Paul at Swift and he has confirmed that the engineers will be attending w/c 10th April to carry out the actual repair, not to assess the unit. I will ring the site back and confirm this.
Paul advised that he has no record of Swift having this conversation with the site.

Emma has been into the site and they have advised that Swift are coming out to inspect the unit again, this was not my understanding, I will call Swift to find out exactly what they are going to be doing in April to this unit

Helen from the park has left a message on my voice mail asking if we have had a date for an engineer as yet as this van is one of the poular vans as it over looks the play area ( not lake as I told swift ), I checked on Swift connect but ther is no engineers date.
Called swift and spoken to Rachael who explained that this is an ABC check and its A anyway she said that she will have to get in touch with Planning and get a date.
She has just called back and spoken to Ade and said that she has spoken to planning and we will be advise of a date later on today.

I Have called and updated the park, Helen was aware that Swift where re attending but needs a date because this is the best van on the site and she need to let it out. I have advised Swift of this and Rachael is going to call me back. Call time 12.02.12pm

The park have called chasing this as the owner is in the van now and is not happy that the floor is still spongy. I have spoken to Rachael and Swift have attended and will re attend to resolve the issue. Date to be advised. Call time 11.32.46am

Rachael phoned, she could not find any history for the van and thought it might be the wrong serial number. I explained she would need to put two zeros on her search. (she is still quite new to Swift)
Rachael said that there was no history of problems with the windows or leaks on this unit, I advised that I had an e-mail from Julie Clark advising it was part of a Swift proactive campaign which was to do with the fitting of windows. I advised that we had several units of this age which had started showing signs of damp and it required attention.
Rachael found details relating to this and will escalate the matter to Lisa Hall for her decision regarding the damp
