          Craig called and said this does not required new taps but the water temperature control in the bathroom needs to be adjusted - this cannot by law be done by us or Swift as it is set a moderate temperate for health and safety reasons. I have updated Martin in accounts who will let his brother know.

          Steve has attended as the owners are still no happy - Steve said he cannot adjust this as he doesn't know where the temperature control is. I have issued another worksheet and asked Steve to contact Craig the swift engineer to ask him.
