This issue was originally a chargeable But the van owner decided he wanted a refund as the cupboard doors kept delaminating and was going to source the doors from else wear. I called Sarah to asked if she would take the doors back and she advised that she would be happy to replace the delaminating doors as they where still within there 5 year warranty. After speaking with the owner he is happy to let Swift do this. Email form the park attached. Claim submitted to swift SBH008186.

I have chased this with Paul at Swift and he is going to call Summer Bridge and call me back. Cal time : 10.01.18am Paul has advised that Summer Bridge will look at their scheduling to day and get back to Paul and in turn Paul will get back to me.

Claire has poke to Sarah, she has advised the doors will be at site end of next week of beginning of following week, we will schedule to attend wc 30-7-18, emailed Sophie

phoned sophie to see if she has received the replacement doors, she has not had them, phoned Sarah at swift,she has advised the doors are being sent out today direct to site, phoned sophie back to advise

Sophie from the park called (16:07) to say she doesn't think she has received these. She hasn't checked their compound yet. I said can she check for them now and let us know as we are meant to go out tomorrow. She said she will call me back.

Sophi from the park has emailed to say that the doors have not all been replaced I have the doors out in the store room and have issued a further worksheet to change the rest of the doors. When Matt attended the Daughter in Law was at the caravan

We have all the doors for this caravan I have spoken to Sophie and she said to send all t he doors to her at the park and they will fit worksheet issued and doors labelled
