sophie has phoned wanting an update as the suppliers did not turn up last week, advised Debbie has emailed to say they have changed the date without telling anyone, they are now attending wc 13-8-18, she has said the customer will not be happy with this.
phoned sarah, she has advised summerbridge are not in the area next week, they are then on shut down for 2 weeks, spoke to charleen, if they are happy to pay us we can attend wc 23rd July, phoned Sarah back to see if she can get the doors sent to park for us, she will phone them and will phone me back

The park have emailed chasing this as the supplier has not attended park yet. sarah from swift has advised that the supplier has moved the date to W/C 13.08.18 and not informed Swift or Surf Bay I have emailed the park ref this asking if this will be convenient. Screen shot of email attached.

The owner is happy for us to go ahead. As Lorraine has stated above this is not a chargeable any more as Swift have advised that they will provide the doors under warranty and summer Bridge will attend site to fit.I have changed the issue to swift as this is not good will. I have chased this with Paul at Swift and he is going to cal Summer Bridge and call me back. Cal time : 10.01.18am Paul has advised that Summer Bridge will look at their scheduling to day and get back to Paul and in turn Paul will get back to me.

I have chased this with Paul at Swift and he is going to cal Summer Bridge and call me back. Cal time : 10.01.18am Paul has advised that Summer Bridge will look at their scheduling to day and get back to Paul and in turn Paul will get back to me.
The owner of this van has rejected the delivered doors as he feels that they just keep delaminating. Sarah from swift has advised that Swift will replace the doors under warranty and give a full refund. I have updated the park and asked Samantha to call me back. Ben at the park seems to think that the owner will be happy to have his doors replace free of charge. Awaiting to hear from Sam at the park.

I have asked her to fully confirm which doors are required (she said in her email "Please can I have a quote for The kitchen cupboard and the left hand of the kitchen sink cupboard" I am not sure what she meant by the first door) so that we can get the parts for this issue and organise the quote see screen shot attached.
