Sarah called (13:56) and she said they have provisionally w/c 09/07/18 but that's all part dependent so it's not 100%.

Craig is attending this job today but only has half the parts. He has spoken to the owner who is in Spain but is happy for swift to attend without him being there. Call time:10.05.20am

I then called her a couple of days ago to talk about this etc but she wasn't in at the time and the guy I spoke to said he will get her to call me back, but she never did.
I then received an email yesterday about how the customer isn't happy about this at all and also that he seems to be having constant problems with the unit.
I have submitted to Swift as urgent.
I have also emailed her back.
