Sarah called (13:56) and she said they have provisionally w/c 09/07/18 but that's all part dependent so it's not 100%.

Spoke to Sarah (13:29) and she said she has passed this to Helen in planning and she is in a meeting with the engineers at the moment but she will be out before 2 so she will find out and call me before she goes.

Tom from the park emailed to say that he wants this escalated because the customers have waited ages and are blaming the park and they want a date today.
Called Swift (16:21) and spoke to Sarah and she said they can't get one today but they can tomorrow so I have emailed Tom back to relay this.

Spoke to Sarah (14:01) and she said she will have to speak to planning about this and she will put through as urgent. The problem they have at the moment is it's a 2 man job and engineers are going on holiday around this time so it's difficult to get 2 engineers together but she will speak to Helen in planning and let me know when she can.

Sarah from Swift called (10:56) to say they will definitely be doing this job but it is a big job. Once she knows more on dates etc then she will let me know. They are going to this van next week as they are checking all whistlers radiators.

Swift are attending. The owners have told swift that they only want swift attending whilst they are not there - they do not want surf bay attending.

Park have chased to say the customers keep calling.
I spoke to Sarah at Swift (12:53) and she said it's been rejected due to frost damage so they won't do it. She also emailed to say this today.
I called Darren (13:59) and explained the whole situation. He said to get the parts and he will contact Swift on Tuesday and try and come to some sort of agreement on getting a discount etc. I would call Sarah but she has gone now as I want to order the exact parts needed.
Darren said to also give him an email to remind him to do this Tuesday when he is back.
