Spoke to Sarah from Swift (10:02) and said how urgent this is and said how urgent this is. She looked into this and spoke to scheduling and said they can go next week. I gave her the parks number for Craig to call prior to attending.

Have looked on job sheet and they have said it needs new parts etc, please see screenshot attached above for more details.
Spoke to Sarah (09:47) and she said that Helen is discussing this with Mike the engineer today about the job sheet and she will let me know what they say when they have discussed. So I will email park to say it's in discussion and I will let her know when I know.

I spoke to Sarah at Swift (12:53) and she said it's been rejected due to frost damage so they won't do it. She also emailed to say this today.
I called Darren (13:59) and explained the whole situation. He said to get the parts and he will contact Swift on Tuesday and try and come to some sort of agreement on getting a discount etc. I would call Sarah but she has gone now as I want to order the exact parts needed.
Darren said to also give him an email to remind him to do this Tuesday when he is back.
I have emailed the park to say that this has been escalated to the managers and we will get back to her asap.

Swift are attending. The owners have told swift that they only want swift attending whilst they are not there - they do not want surf bay attending.

I then called her a couple of days ago to talk about this etc but she wasn't in at the time and the guy I spoke to said he will get her to call me back, but she never did.
I then received an email yesterday about how the customer isn't happy about this at all and also that he seems to be having constant problems with the unit.
I have submitted to Swift as urgent.
I have also emailed her back.
