Widney Leon called to see if he can close this issue I can see from the notes on swift The park engineer had a look at the fire 18.01.19 and as far as he is concerned, it is working normally. We have had no further contact since
Widney explained the fire is on a thermostat and when the fire reaches the required heat it turns off the park engineer was happy all working ok

Liam from Widney called (14:34) to say he contacted the park and spoke to a Helen and she told him no one there deals with warranty and aftersales issues and he wants to speak to someone about this as this is normal for the thermostat to do this. I said there are people that deal with it and I will contact them and get them to call him. He said the best number is 02476 377547.
I called the park (14:38) and spoke to Paul and he said he will get Carl to call him.
