Craig was with the customer and asked what was happening with this claim customer called on Monday with the issue SUmmer put it on Swift portal and on 11/12/2018 thetford picked the issue up and ordered the parts and have sent them to the engineer. Once they get the part they will call the customer (Tourer Tec) and they will call the customer to arrange a time to go and fit

Sarah called (11:30) and I asked about this. She put me on hold to speak to the supplier. She came back and said they are going to ring the engineer to get a date as he does have the part now. She will let me know.

Supplier has said "Engr advised hoping to attend Friday 21/12." "Hoping" isn't good enough, I need a definite answer. I called Sarah (12:20) and left a vm.
