Marian from the park called (11:54) to say they have people in this at the moment and have reported this. They have checked all the vents and they are all fine and not covered up or anything. But it's so bad that material bits like the sofa are getting damp and also filling up the de-humidifiers the people have put in the unit to help.
I am unsure who should go to this because there may not be anything we can do. I have called Steve (12:08) and left a vm to see if he can help advise.

Steve called me back (12:13) and said it's best to send Swift as there would be nothing we can really do. He said there probably isn't a fault with the unit itself, it's just the winter period really.
But I have submitted for Swift to attend.

Swift attended and said there are clothes drying on the radiators and the van is being lived in. They have advised the park / owners.
