      Customer has written direct to Swift requested that they replace the leather dining chair under warranty, they have advised that they pushed the chair back and it got caught on the tie back hook and made a hole.

      Swift have responded the customer and advised that they will not cover this under warranty. The customer caused the damage to the chair. Copies of letters attached

      Sarah from Swift rang, the customer has written to Swift again insisting on a replacement dining chair. Amy has decided if it is alright with us, that they will send a replacement dining chair direct to site as a gesture of good will. I have agreed that this will okay
