          A lady from Dimplex called to explain that the fire is out of warranty and therefore they wouldn't be able to replace it. I asked her if there was anything they could to at all and she put me on hold. When she came back she said they would send out a replacement as a gesture of good will. She will be sending it out to the Brean depot.

          New fire place has arrived at Brean office. Will contact Winkleigh to schedule someone in to fit it.

          complete by Tom 9-12-19 worksheet attached, owner is waiting for replacement sink plug (pop up) in main bathroom, says he reported this a long time ago, i can not find anything on jira, will submit a new claim
