          Description

          I have received an e-mail saying the customer moved into the van yesterday and has noticed a stain on the sofa that won't clean easily - they have had this van since 22-02-11, we picked up on a lot of issues when the van was pdi's but no marks on the sofa.
          I will send Steve in the first instance to see if he can clean.

            Steve attended this van and could not find any stain - however the customers are still saying there is a stain (which will not be covered by warranty) I will ask Steve to attend again and ask for Wendy as the customer says that she knows where the stain is, If Steve can locate the stain I will ask him to try to clean if possible.

            The photo was lost when my computer died - Steve is due back in today so I will see if he still has the photo on his phone, also if he knows which cushion it is.

            Steve advised if you stand with your back to the fire it is the L/H base cushion on the sofa against the wall.
