          Graham attended, worksheet attached, can not adapt the sofa to a pull out bed, it is a domestic sofa, spoke to Mel, she has advised we have paid for a sofa bed, emailed Sarah as on the invoice it says unassembled sofa bed, emailed Sarah at swift

          i have asked Donna to check, she has advised there is no sofa bed, submitted claim into swift for them to attend

          We are still waiting for the sofa to be collected and the new one to be installed. Please can you advise us of when this is likely to be collected.?
          Currently we are unable to allow customers to view this static for obvious Health and Safety reasons and therefore, asking if the payment can be delayed?
