roof damage at factory to be looked at when van PDI'd

            Hello Martyn,
            Swift arrived this morning. Had a chat with the lorry driver, who showed me some photos of the caravan before he loaded it. Swift rushed a repair before they brought it to us. I am concerned about the integrity of the van. Looks like a gutter and fascia repair, but the corner pieces and the cental badged piece is wonky.
            Someone needs to come out and take a look/straighten it.

            for some reason this claim has been closed, spoke to Duncan, as this was damaged at factory they should supply a roof sheet, submitted new claim into swift
