Dear Claire,
The engineer from Direct Services changed the circuit board of our fridge/freezer on 5th October. We visited the caravan this weekend and I was disappointed to note that the freezer thermometer was showing between minus 24 and 26, whereas the handbook clearly states that the freezer will automatically adjust the operating temperature to minus 18.
Regrettably there seems to be a fundamental flaw with the freezer and I would appreciate if you would contact the manufacturers accordingly. Unfortunately the freezer has no control to manually adjust the temperature.
