          Hi Theresa,
           
          I have confirmed with Helen The warranty on the van only covers the 1st owner as stated in the warranty handbook.
           
          We are only aware now that this is a second owner therefore these items should not be covered under warranty however the doors should not have failed within the first 3 years therefore as goodwill we will supply replacement doors only. Can the dealer please submit a new warranty claim for this and state this has been authorised by Helen Crofts and we will authorise the warranty claim.
