        The error code is L2 Ignition Lockout, I have also attached the service certificate for you.

        Good afternoon, it looks like this boiler is overdue a service. Looking at the paperwork attached the boiler had a gas safety check done on 06/07/2023 but this has not been serviced. Could you please ask the customer to have the boiler serviced in full as this should clear the L2 fault. Kind Regards Tracy
