          Thank you for your claim regarding the pitting panels on this van, we have identified this with the supplier and are currently working with them to determine the root cause of the panels pitting, unfortunately, we are unable to carry out any work on these panels until the end of the season, with this in mind we will be putting the assessment on hold until nearer the time we can undertake the work in case any further panels go in the meantime.
           
          Rest assured this issue is purely cosmetic and will not cause any detrimental effect to any of the structures of the van.
           
          We will be in touch at a later date to arrange an assessment.
