          it goes out as soon as you release the knob the ignition clicks continuously but does relight the gas . You can do this over lots of time and it just won’t stay alight,

            Hi, I am afraid this is out of warranty. Warranty period for Glen Dimplex and Belling products are 12 months from date of purchase of the caravan. This referral expired on 31/05/24.

            I have spoken with Rachael again regarding the above.

            Glen Dimplex will now reattend under warranty, ref 11772088. Glen Dimplex will call the park directly to organise. I have let Moses know of this.
