Description
of area of lodge roof which has either been damaged/collapsed/ installed incorrectly. During the high winds we noticed noises coming from the rear of the lodge and also in kitchen area which caused us to inspect the roof. The dip in the roof at the front non entry of the lodge was then noticed.

Hello,
Thank you for getting back to me.
I just wanted to let you know that the sales manager has spoken to Andy at Swift, who was the Swift engineer that helped site the lodge. He is working down here this week and said he will call in and have a look at the roof as a favour to us, but that he wont have time for anything else.
So, thankfully we will have someone from Swift out tomorrow to inspect the roof.

Following my VM, Our engineers assessement has concluded the below re the Roof issue @ Llanrhidian Holiday Park SA3 1EU plot 39
• Van has been sited twice as first time sited incorrectly, Unfortunately the siting team have stood on wrong area and dinted Roof. this just needs releasing and popping back out.
• The centre ridge is overhanging the van 40 mm both of these issues are down to siting.
These issues will be rejected, Please see photos below, However we will be covering the rest of the claim.
