          park emailed wanting an update, spoke to Rachael, she has advised i need to call velux direct to arrange a visit, never had to do that, called velux several times, finally managed to get through, they need the number of the window before they can do anything, if the park can get the number and a photo they can email it over to technical@velux.co.cuk, they will then arrange an engineer to suit the customer
