      Hi Claire,

As discussed on the phone, This shower issue is easily remedied.

      Removing the Shower Rail:
      • Both shower brackets have removable screw caps that give access to the fixing screws. (I have highlighted on the Shower hose)
      • Once these are removed, the shower rail can be detached from the wall.
      • The top bracket contains a grub screw—loosen this to allow the rail to slide through the bracket.
      • You may be able to extend the rail by an additional 4/5 inches before the flexible hose at the bottom becomes tight.

Please let us know if you require a longer hose..

      Many Thanks
      Rachael

      Hi Claire

Sarah has been texting me today to say the settee and net curtain for main bedroom has arrived.

Rachael and Simon (our Technical Manager) went on to our showground and looked at the shower over the bath to see if they could find a solution. Rachael mentioned that they were looking at extending the hose at the bottom of the shower so that the shower head can be lifted off the cradle

Sarah’s text said that you had told Neil to phone me as it’s a swift issue – we have supplied what was ordered but if it’s a quick fix we can try and help (as you have by amending the fixings) but if it’s something major then unlikely we will do it.

We haven’t had any other customer issues on a Toronto like this and we have been building them for a few years now.

      Kind regards

i did not advise Neil to contact Theresa, i advised the park as soon as Theresa has an update from technical she should give Neil a call as she attended the meeting, both Neil and the park are on the understanding that Theresa has advised she would sort this, i have no idea how, Theresa has now sent the email above, does not look like she is going to do anything which is not helping the situation

      Morning Claire,

I did leave you an answer phone before I saw Neil this morning.

I know like you and probably Swift too, it would be great to get this sorted so that we can all have it off our backs.

This is what Neil would like…..

      1. Curtains that fit around his window in dining area (Theresa saw this and agreed)

2.missing bolt on ceiling light above table

      3. To get the noise of the fridge looked into, not sure if you had a response about it being re submitted.

      4. He would like a new shower and back board fitted, then the shower can be fitted slightly higher to where he would be happy. The shower apparently has a crack in the pole anyway, we understand the hose will still need to be longer like the one currently fitted but I’m hoping a black one shouldn’t be too hard to find. I have asked the question as water could likely splash over the glass guard, he has agreed that this will be on his head and not anyone else’s. This would seem like a solution but I’m not sure if the bath/panels are all one piece or whether the panel with the shower can be replaced individually. So basically I need to know whether Swift will or won’t do this? If they won’t I would kindly ask for something in writing for Neil to explain this won’t be done and why, then Neil will have to accept it’s the end of the line.

I’m sure you are very sick of it ongoing like I am, but I want you to know I am so very grateful for all you have done in putting all other bits right. I think Neil thinking that it’s going to be done is the problem, so if it’s not and he’s told then he will have to move on and accept it’s how it is.

If the above can be sorted, I would hope he would be happy.

      Kind regards
      Sarah

phoned Theresa, she is not agreeing to this, will cost thousands of pounds to rip it out, this is what is standard in the van, she will send a message to Sarah, explained she needs to put something in writing to the park to make it official.
phoned Sarah, explained all the issues in her email are in hand, advised what Neil is requesting regarding the shower is not a possibility, the walls and bath are molded together, explained i have spoken to Theresa and asked her to put it in writing to make it official, she agree's defiantly needs it in writing, they feel Theresa has not helped the situation in anyway having the meeting with the customer, at the time she should have told him it was not standard and not possible,
