      Description

      Please see attached video from our maintenance team had to copy link as too large to send as attachment , he has informed me that the oven keeps cutting out and his words the safety features are doing as it should (although he has not witnessed it cutting out this is many reports from guests).

      But his concerns are about the oven when it is on (you have come out to ovens doing the same) we had been informed all the oven were checked and all were sorted.

      our same maintenance team raised concerns that the male that came to park openly said he doesn't know what's wrong but it's not right and he is just going mess with it and hopefully sort it.

      As you can imagine most if not all our units are full from Friday 23rd May for the bank holiday weekend, so need someone out before then to sort please.

        received email from park, spoke to Steve, he will look at the email when he stops and will call me back
        Steve has now read the email and spoke to the gas man at the park, he is really concerned about the ovens, arranged for Steve to go down tomorrow, also sent parks email to Helen at swift
