Another problem with water ingress in the lounge. Have spoken with Rachael and submitted a new claim to Swift.

Swift have attended yesterday, park have confirmed the issue is now hopefully sorted. Awaiting to receive Swift engineer report, which will then send across to the park as requested.

Email received from Steve this week, have submitted a new claim to Swift for them to attend.

Duncan has received video's, looks like Duncan has left a couple of screws out by mistake, have asked if Laura can get someone to put them back in and monitor the van over the Christmas period.
Hi Claire,
Thanks for coming back to me. Our maintenance team have replaced the screws as requested & they were still sat on the wall.
We will do our best to dry out the van over the festive period & get back to you in the new year.

park have reported van still leaking, spoke to Laura at park, have asked her to send the video over to Duncan, he can then have a look at it, everyone breaks up today for Christmas so unfortunately nothing can be done until the new year

swift attended, sealed join on outside, park sent a long email as they believe it is still leaking, James has been having on going conversations with swift, they can not attend, we have agreed to send Duncan this week, have made it clear to the park he will assess the unit and will carry out any repairs, will not have any parts with him, we will then send a report to swift
