          Martin has phoned asking for an update, this door is now getting really bad and requires a replacement, he really needs someone out before Christmas, emailed Rachael for an update

          Hi Claire.
           
          Etherington's has advised (This was attended to last week, the glass was replaced on one claim, the door was inspected by the engineers, and we will order a full glass panel to rectify this issue which we have done for other vans on the Moselle lodge)
           
          Please note this will not be attended to before Christmas, The Supplier will look at dates for the new year and update you once they have penciled dates in.

          Many thanks for the update , but can you please request a whole new door, we believe the door is to far gone to just have the panel replaced, and we have had to fit temporary handles on the inside of the door so the door can be closed. Even when this can be shut the owner is reporting water coming in from the top, so this is urgent.
