Apologies, it's this one again 😬

Our customer has been into the office over the weekend reporting that he has a damp issue in the van.
He thinks that it's due to the issues that they had with the leaking sink when they first moved into the static.
He believes that due to the amount of water that escaped when the sink was not connected properly, the floor was saturated and has never dried out. He says that the lino is lifting due to this.

He also has an issue with some of the window frames/clips. He says that they won't just clip back into position.

I have attached the photos that he's provided to us.

Could you please arrange for an engineer to attend and investigate.
