I have e-mailed Amy Archer voicing our concerns at being asked to obtain another list form our customers whilst on site and about the length of time it has taken to get the issues resolved, awaiting a response

Andy advised he would be attending tomorrow, I have advised that Mrs sheppard works on Monday and Tuesday so we will need it to be at the end of the week. Andy to ring me tomorrow to confirm which day he is attending

I have left a message for Rea asking her to confirm whether all the jobs for Lyn will be carried out this week and if not which ones are not being done. I have also asked her to confirm whether the curtains have been dispatched to site yet. Awaiting her response

I have spoken to Rea she has advised that everything apart from the curtains is being done by Andy this week. The curtains are going direct, and she will chase the supplier to find out when they will be attending

I have spoken to Mr Sheppard to advise that Swift are hoping to attend on Thursday and they will ring me tomorrow to confirm, Mr Sheppard said that this is fine and they will be on site on Thursday
