I have checked with Darren and there is nothing further he requires from me at present, the new unit should come off production around 19th January and we should then be able to take the original one of Ladram and the new one put in place

I have spoken to Darren, he has advised that he will let me have the cost of the new unit and also the book price of the one the one coming back

I have had some prices from Darren, I have requested the glasses guide price for the rejected unit and also the details of the replacement unit with cost. Awaiting his response

Darren has met the customers and they have agreed that they will have a new champagne which is already on hold for a January build. Darren is going to speak to Claire at Ladram and finalise the figures for de-siting etc.

I have spoken to Darren, he has advised that the rejection has been accepted by Swift and Darren is in the process of organising a replacement unit for the customer to look at. Darren has advised that there is nothing for me to do on this unit at present

Rea has phoned to advise that they think the issue with this unit is condensation, and that they would need to speak to Duncan about whether they were still going to replace the unit.

Amy and Lisa have spoken to Claire Williams and agreed to take the unit back. Darren says that the van will come to Surf Bay and be repaired and then sold as a second hand unit

Spoke to Claire Williams last night she advised that the customer does not want anything done on the unit without seeing a senior member of the Swift team, I left a message last night on the Lisa Hall's phone but could not get hold of her

Rea has advised that Andy will go to sit either tomorrow or Wednesday to assess and try and repair. He will then go back to the site the following week with any additional parts to complete the repair

Darren has advised that Claire from Ladram has just called to advise that water has been pouring in all night, this is the first time in ages that the wind is blowing in a different direct and sweeping the rain straight into the unit, urgent attention required
