Swift have advised engineer scheduled to attend w/c 18.05.15 and requested Plot no.
Email sent to Swift advising plot number but also asked if they might be able reschedule to an earlier date due to the nature of the fault.
Also sent email to park advising of intended attendance date and request for earlier date. Advised them if I get an earlier date I will let them know.

Swift say "re-planned this for our engineer to attend w/c 27.04.15, as its short notice he wont have any parts with him but he will be able to assess and resolve the leak and advise what additional action is required to resolve, we will then be able to order the necessary parts and get back to the park as quickly as possible." Emailed park and advised accordingly.

Will from park called to advise engineer has attended to this issue but the water ingress had caused damage to net curtain and the back panels of the TV cabinet have swelled. He understands the engineer was going to report the issue directly to Swift but wants us to follow up for him. Closed this job sheet but have opened two new issues and reported to Swift
