      Val has emailed as below -

      I have spoken with the owners today and they have advised that the caravan will be free from next Monday 7th September 2015 and apart from weekends and half term Swift should be able to get into the caravan.

      The owners have added the following to the list:-

      The Oven knob came off in the owners hand!
      The En-suite toilet seat loose

      Also could Surf Bay please quote for:-

      Heated Towel Rail in the en-suite



      Have sent email to Lorraine ref towel rail and loaded additional items on Jira.
      Also raised a worksheet for an engineer to attend and take photos of all needed for this claim.

      Swift have queried asking for the oven serial number that should start with an 'E' - called Steve who is going there tomorrow and left message asking him to get the serial number.

      Steve didn't get message to get oven number so called park and spoke to Mike - asked him if he could possibly pop over and get the number for me? He replied customer was in it, so explained that I'm sure the customer won't mind if he wants his oven knob! He said he would call me back.

      Called Rea about this, claim shows issue referred to supplier however she doesn't think the actual referral has been sent to them. She will chase this up with Sarah Lowe but confirmed a replacement knob will be sent directly to the park.
