Fran sent me an email with pictures attached but none of them corresponded with the 3x pictures I have requested. Called and advised Fran, she assured me she will get the pictures to us soon.

Fran from the park has phoned chasing all the outstanding issues, her customers are very annoyed with how long swift are taking and would like updates asap, one is actually going to make a formal complaint to the finance company. tried to call swift but it keeps saying i have dialled the wrong number,

spoke to Reece, he has advised the engineer is attending wc 16-11-15, phoned Fran to advise

Swift have advised this is complete, I have checked the connect system and the engineers report is not showing yet, I will check again tomorrow.
