          Sarah has emailed back to advise he could re-stuff the cushions but the customer rejected this, phoned swift and spoke to Sarah, she has spoken to Belfield who have this down as a re-visit, they need to replace the foam but are trying to contact the suppliers, have emailed Sarah back at the park
