It seems the missing docking station owner originally reported on has not be recorded in Jira or submitted to Swift.

As far as I am aware there is no physical docking station in the later models so I have advised owner the remote control is used to connect via bluetooth to the ipod speakers in the ceiling. I will await to see what they come back to us with before taking matter further.

I have emailed the Park to find out if the end users are happy with Karen's above explanation and if this issue can be closed?

I have now emailed "Karren and Terry" (end users) to ask them if they are happy for us to close this issue. Email attached.

I have now updated the customer with a summary of works completed and 1 outstanding issue. I have also confirmed about the docking stn and this issue can now be closed - email attached.
