The en-suite shower water on off control has to be turned off really hard to stop the shower dripping from the shower head; customer feels this will eventually destroy the valve/seal.

          Swift engineer to attend, however, Charlotte has advised that you did need to be quite forceful with the shower valve to stop the shower head dripping

          Andy the Swift engineer has advised that the wrong part has been supplied for this job. He will update Swift and ask them to send it direct to the site for them to fit (the water is off on the park and they will fit it in the New Year. (V200 required)
