        Katie has called me back and said that she will send me a new 4 gag light switch and will reimburse Mr Murrey for the other 4 gang light switch that he replaced and also the tap - I have spoken to Mr Murrey and told him send us the receipts and an invoice we will them send him a cheque and invoice Willerby.

        invoice and order confirmation received from Mr Murrey and sent to Katie at Willerby I am now waiting for a reply on how they would like me to proceed with the payment to the customer

        Rebekah called and advised that is the customer calls her she will put the refund back onto the card that the parts were paid for on. However Mr Murrey has asked for a refund on 2 switches but he was only ever charged for one and another one was sent out direct to site on 09-10-13.
