            Customer is now down at her unit and would like us to investigate the problem with the de-lamination of the doors. I have advised that we can attend next week but cannot say which day until Friday. I have asked her to confirm if there is any day which is not convenient. Awaiting response

            all doors have been reported to Willerby, this could not be done on line because it would not accept the serial number. I have therefore e-mailed details and photographs to Philippa. I have chased for a response and hope that she will reply tomorrow
