      Mr Hazell has written direct to Willerby and Jo Ann has sent me a copy of the correspondence. Jo Ann, has advised due to the age of the unit, even if these were the same windows that had originally been replaced, they would not replace them again.

      I have updated Sue at Sunningcrest who thinks that her customer will take this further, we have decided to wait for the rejection from Willerby and then see what the customer decides to do, if they want to fight this rejection, Sue is going to send me something in writing so that I can go back to Willerby. In the meantime, she is going to get a quote for replacement window units, we will then try and get willerby to agree to contribute as a gesture of goodwill.

      Jo Ann has asked whether the affected window is one that has been replaced before, if it is she might have a chance with Ellbee to get something done, however, if this is a new window which has not had the problem before then they will not be able to do anything.
      I have rung Sue and updated her and she is going to get back to me with an answer.
