      Debbie has forwarded the original e-mail to me, she has sent the warranty form to the site in error, rather than Atlas. I have forwarded the e-mails to Vanessa and apologised and asked if she would still process the claim.

      Jen from the park has phoned to advise her customers are very unhappy with the service, they have been waiting for a while for things to be sorted but have not heard anything from Atlas, phoned Atlas and spoke to Racheal, she does not have this on her system,
