          Tom attended 17/9/18 and 26/9/18 and we cannot gain access as the owner is not present. I have closed this off until the park get back to us.

          I have reprinted the work sheet and Karen has confirmed that the owner will be at the park on Wednesday.

          Tom has returned this work sheet as the owner was not present and he has advised via the work sheet that she needs to be there. I have place the work sheet back in the file. I have emailed Karen asking if she can get a date from the owner as to when she will be on park so that we can re-attend when she is present. Screen shot of email attached.
