Mr Drake called back and I have updated him that Swift have not got all the parts they need to do the job so they have put back the date 1st August 2016. He was so lovely and said he is just happy they are doing it. Mr Drake's number is 07767200656.

Craig called today to say that Swift are planning on going out to this sooner now - they are planning w/c 18th july 2016 - if we can provide a second man. I just need to confirm with Mr Drake that this is ok and email Criag back - left a message on Mr Drakes phone.

I have e-mailed and text Craig to find out which day he wants to attend to this issue so that I can schedule the engineers. Awaiting response

Water ingress throughout the right hand side of the caravan
